Structure: Woven / Knitted / Non-woven / Fleece, etc.

Fabric Features:

1.Inherent Flame Resistance: The Nomex IIIA fabric consists of 93% Nomex, 5% Kevlar, and 2% P140. The fabric is flame retardancy and charred upon combustion, without producing any molten droplets.

2. High Temperature Resistance: Excellent high temperature performance, maintaining approximately 80% of its original strength at 180℃ for an extended period, and still retaining 65%-70% of its original strength after continuous use at 260℃ for 100 hours.

3.Heat Insulation: Rapidly charred at high temperatures up to 400°C to form a thermal barrier, effectively blocking heat transfer.

4.Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of chemical substances, such as acids, bases, and organic solvents.

5.High Strength and Abrasion Resistance: High strength and abrasion resistance, which suits harsh working environments to maintain the durability and service life of garments.

6.Static Resistance: The addition of anti-static fibers effectively dissipates static electricity, making the material suitable for applications where static control is essential.

7.Comfort: Lightweight, relatively soft, and breathable, ensuring comfort in wear.

8.Durable Flame Resistance: The material's inherent flame resistance does not decrease due to washing or use.
