As one of the key events of the 32nd National Fire Safety Publicity Month, the "Beijing CBD Fire Safety Publicity and Exhibition Event," jointly organized by the CBD Management Committee under the Beijing Chaoyang District Government and the Beijing Emergency Management Department, was grandly held on November 9, 2023, at the Beijing FFC Plaza in the heart of the CBD. The event invited over 300 participants, including owners of all super-tall buildings in Beijing, leaders from the Chaoyang District Government and the CBD, leaders from the Beijing Fire Department, and guests from all walks of life. IBENA was fortunate to be one of the three manufacturers invited to showcase its new energy protective products at the event, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase and promote our INNO fire barrier to a wide range of high-end office building clients. 

Upon receiving the exhibition notification, Mr. Yang quickly organized a mobilization meeting with relevant personnel, reiterated the importance of the event, and carefully deployed each process, including renting various exhibition equipment, sample stands, borrowing electric bicycles, electric cars, producing company promotional videos, roll-up banners, promotional brochures, and other hardware and software needed for the exhibition, with clear responsible persons and completion times. Andy was responsible for overall coordination and implementation, and took the opportunity for the marketing team to supplement and improve relevant exhibition materials and remake the trailer video, laying a foundation for well-promoting the company's impression and displaying the INNO fire barrier and EV fire protection products at the event.
The support team led by Manager Zhu, consisting of Engineer Mou and Zeki, also provided strong support and guarantees for the event. In order to showcase multi-purpose new energy fire protection products for homes and offices at the event, the team worked closely together and efficiently completed the set goals. 

Under the overall coordination of A-nan and the concerted efforts of the factory support team led by Manager Zhu, the booth setup was carried out in an orderly manner and was ready in advance, just waiting for the afternoon event to begin. However, the weather took a sudden turn for the worse at noon, with strong winds and dust flying, reaching a wind speed of 8 to 9. The sudden gust of wind immediately blew down and scattered all the neatly arranged tents, display racks, and brochures, leaving the exhibition area in a mess. To make matters worse, the monitor borrowed from a friend was also heavily blown down and smashed on the ground, causing the prepared promotional trailer to be unable to play. At this critical moment, Andy remained calm and quickly contacted and coordinated to borrow a new device from a fellow exhibitor. With the concerted efforts of the team, the booth was quickly rearranged before the event started. Although the sudden strong wind had some impact on the event, the process tempered the team, fostered friendship, and increased mutual understanding.

After the event, Director Geng from the Management Committee took the initiative to come to our booth to encourage us. He pointed out that despite the interference of the strong wind, the efforts made by our team were evident and had showcased the spirit of IBENA employees. He assured us that our hard work would be rewarded. He also comforted us by saying that the CBD Management Committee would soon organize a meeting with relevant officials to discuss our products and provide us with more opportunities to showcase the new energy fire barrier and other related fire safety products. That night, as Andy rode the borrowed electric bike back home, braving the cold Beijing night, the joyful tune of "I ride my beloved little motorcycle, it never gets stuck in traffic, just cold..." echoed through Chang'an Avenue. This song seemed more like a rallying cry for Ibena people, symbolizing their indomitable spirit, unity, and perseverance.
